Lyrebird Villages established in 1973 is community owned and operated delivering care for the residents in the Drouin & Warragul district of West Gippsland. Only 90 minutes from Melbourne, Lyrebird Villages offers 112 permanent and 3 respite rooms.

Care
Residents at Lyrebird Villages can no longer manage to live at home without help. We will deliver the care you need, whether that need is just help with day to day tasks, assistance with personal care or 24-hour nursing care.
We encourage active participation for all residents within and outside in the local community.
Your home
All rooms are single accommodation with ensuite and include electric beds, bedside units and variety of fittings. All people are encouraged to furnish and decorate their room to their preferences.
There are spacious dining areas, lounges, living and outdoor landscaped gardens.

There are three steps to entry to Lyrebird Villages.

2. Waiting List – Complete/lodge Lyrebird Villages Application
3. Costs explained – Lodgement of Centrelink/DVA Income & Assets Form
